A long lost relic from years ago has begun to resurface. No, it’s not the beginning of some epic tale, it’s the return of one of the best books ever. Be forewarned, 99% of the books out there going by this title are bootlegs.

Have you ever set down and wished that the powers that be would put together a Capcom books with some of the best artwork from all their series? This is it. This book has artwork from the original Street Fighter, back when you had to smash the pads as hard as you could to win, Stryder, and just about every other game you can imagine.
In fact, because Capcom has failed to make an original game in the past 10 years, this book feel very up to date with artwork from Rival School, Marvel vs. Capcom and even some SNK stuff. If you have to own one Capcom related book this is probably the one to own, bootleg or not.

We all know and love the capcom artwork, so there really isn’t much to say about how great it is. This book has it all, from the acrylic painting back before colored sketches where in, to the free hand sketches of some of our favorite street fighters. There’s a few technical drawings and 3D work, but by and large this is an “ART” book.

How could you go wrong, almost 240 pages of Capcom artwork all in color? There aren’t any extras in this book unless
you can read japanese, and even then you can only read the notes.

The only downside to this book is that most all the copies of it that are available are bootlegs. The bootlegs tend to be high quality and of the ones we ordered,
we didn’t receive any books that were unsatisfactory.

We have heard that many of the stores will replace the book if for some reason the color is off. We usually don’t recommend buying bootleg books, but since this
book is no longer in print, it’s about the only way to get it.

Keep in mind that noof the stores listed at Otaku Revu have ever stated that these books are bootlegs, it is are conclusion after ordering this book from different retailers.
